Abbey Insurance Survey Reveals UK Worry

The residents of the UK have been surveyed regarding their worries.  Abbey Insurance has found that an average of 25 hours is spent a week on worrying about homes, possessions, and money by the UK residents.  The talk about a recession has further added to the concern UK residents are feeling.  This concern has led to more UK residents taking out mortgage repayment cover insurance.  London and the South-East UK are those who are worrying the most.  The Scots seem to be a little less concerned at the moment.  The survey has also shown that women tend to worry more than men about their property and finances.

It is not healthy for people to worry 25 hours a week.  This amount of stress is going to cause more health issues down the road.  Lloyd Wilson is the head of Abbey Insurance, he believes that the individuals who are worried need to find some way to help release this pent up worry and concern.  Therefore he usually urges those customers to find insurance to cover the worry.  He believes that the right coverage in which UK residents are able to be fully covered for any issue that might arise can certainly go a long way to reducing that concern and stress.  If someone has the right insurance policy they don’t have to worry about the loss of certain things.

Abbey has also done research regarding UK’s business owners.  This information was released at the same time as the other survey.  It has been found that the entrepreneurs must be willing to take risks if they want to continue in business.  If the person errs on the side of caution they are going to be behind in the times.  So it seems that a little risk and a little insurance may be the thing to reduce concerns.
